1. Delivery Timeline
- Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on the product type and your location.
- Custom or made-to-order furniture may take 3–4 weeks for delivery.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation followed by a tracking link once your product is dispatched.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping is free across most pin codes in India.
- Remote area or high-floor delivery (without lift access) may incur additional charges.
- International shipping (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
3. Delivery & Installation
- For eligible furniture, free doorstep delivery and basic installation are provided.
- Some products may require self-assembly, and tools/manuals will be included.
- Installation services will be scheduled within 48–72 hours of delivery (where available).
4. Serviceable Areas
- We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
- If your PIN code is unserviceable, our team will contact you to suggest alternatives or issue a refund.
